Privacy Policy

This privacy policy covers PaidUp and ShowUp, the two tools made by Main Street Base. It explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to delete it.

What we collect

Account information: your email address, business name, and first name. Business data you enter: in PaidUp, invoices, including your customers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, invoice amounts, and due dates; in ShowUp, appointments, including your clients' names, email addresses, phone numbers, services, prices, and times. Basic usage records, such as when reminders were sent or logged.

How we use it

To run the service, to compose and send reminder emails on your behalf, and to show you your dashboard. Reminder emails go to your own customers or clients, about invoices they owe or appointments they booked. We do not sell your data or your customers' or clients' data.

Service providers

Hosting runs on Cloudflare Workers and data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number. Reminder emails are sent through Resend. These providers only receive the data needed to do their job.

Your customers' and clients' data

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share your customers' or clients' contact details with us, and for telling them how their details are used.

Cookies and analytics

We use a sign-in session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers, and we keep analytics minimal.

Deleting your data

You can clear sample data in the app. To delete your account and its data, contact support@mainstreetbase.com.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here.
