Terms of Service

These terms cover PaidUp and ShowUp, the two tools made by Main Street Base. By using either tool, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

PaidUp chases overdue invoices by email for small trade shops. You add invoices, and PaidUp composes reminder emails and sends them on a schedule, or logs them for you to send. ShowUp sends appointment reminders by email for salons, spas, and small clinics. You add appointments, and ShowUp composes reminder emails and sends them on a schedule, or logs them for you to send.

2. Operator

PaidUp and ShowUp are operated by Forman Media Group LLC.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done under your account. Please provide accurate information.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Both tools have a free plan and a Pro plan. PaidUp Pro is $29 per month, and ShowUp Pro is $24 per month. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Plan page. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Prices may change with notice.

5. Reminders sent on your behalf

Reminder emails are sent on your behalf to your own customers or clients, about invoices they owe or appointments they booked. You are responsible for having your customers' or clients' correct contact details and for only contacting people who agreed to be contacted by your business. Do not use PaidUp or ShowUp to send spam or messages to people who did not agree to hear from you.

6. No warranty

PaidUp and ShowUp are provided as is, without any warranty. We do not guarantee that any invoice will be paid, that any appointment will be kept, or that any reminder will be delivered.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Forman Media Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use PaidUp or ShowUp for anything unlawful, and do not use them to harass or spam anyone.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date it is posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
